Certificated Application

Dear Applicant:

Your interest in certificated employment with the ABC Unified School District is appreciated. In order to assist you in obtaining your goal, we ask that you read the following instructions.

 

Application Procedure:


Official application form and related materials must be fully completed and submitted to Human Resources. The following is required upon applying:

 

  • Three (3) current letters of recommendation

  • Current resume

  • Copies of college/university transcripts

  • Copy of CBEST

  • Copy of your Multiple Subject or Single Subject Credential or Emergency Permit document

 

Incomplete applications will be rejected and returned

 

Record of criminal convictions:

 

Having a record of convictions will not necessarily disqualify you for a position with the ABC Unified School District. However, false or incomplete answers may result in rejection of your application or dismissal from employment.

 

 

At the time of offer of employment:

After an official offer of employment has been made, you will receive employment paperwork and be required to:

  • Take an Oath or Affirmation of Allegiance

  • Provide results of a negative Tuberculosis examination

  • Provide proof of your right to legally work in this country

  • (District) Certificate of Medical Examination.

  • Provide official transcripts of all collegiate course work.
